Is there a free trial?

The Starter plan is free forever, up to 100 advocates and 50 conversions per month, with no credit card required. Growth and Premier include a 14-day free trial when you upgrade.

What happens if I exceed my plan’s limits?

Conversion tracking never stops, we keep recording every sale. Past your monthly conversion limit, those extra conversions are held: they stay out of your reports and their advocate rewards are not sent, until you top up or upgrade. Topping up at $15 per 100 conversions releases the held data and rewards immediately. Separately, on Starter, once you reach the advocate limit the program shows as full and pauses new advocate signups until the next cycle or an upgrade. We warn you as you approach, so there are no surprises.

Can I buy extra conversions without upgrading?

Yes. On Starter and Growth you can top up in blocks of 100 conversions for $15 each, added to your current billing cycle. Topping up also releases any advocate rewards that were held for going over your limit. If you top up often, upgrading is usually the cheaper path, Premier includes unlimited conversions.

How are rewards paid out?

Rewards are discount codes, never cash payouts. When an advocate’s friend converts, the advocate gets a discount code emailed to them, redeemable on their next purchase. The reward stays inside your business, bringing the customer back instead of leaving as a payout.

What if a referred customer asks for a refund?

The reward is automatically docked from the advocate. We only count rewards on revenue that actually stuck, so you never pay out, in any form, for revenue you didn’t keep.

Will the widget look like my brand?

Yes. You control the colors, logo, copy, and which actions are visible. The widget, the emails, and the discount codes all appear under your brand. Customers never see the word “AdvocateLoop” unless you’re on the free Starter plan, which shows a small “Powered by” tag, removable on Growth and above.

Can I run my program without adding the widget to my site?

Yes, on Growth and Premier. Hosted advocate pages give you a branded sign-up and sharing page at your own AdvocateLoop link, with no code to install. Share it directly, link it from your emails or socials, or use it alongside the on-site widget. It carries your colors and logo just like the widget does.

Do my customers need to sign up for an advocate account?

They sign up directly through the widget on your site, no separate portal, no app to install, no second password. After sign-up they immediately see pre-filled share links for Instagram, Facebook, SMS, and email. The whole flow takes under 30 seconds.

Does this work for in-store purchases, or only online?

Both. Discount codes work however you take orders, at a salon front desk, a gym counter, a retail register, or in your online checkout. The advocate gets the code by email and redeems it however your business handles promotions.

Can I export my data if I leave?

Yes. CSV exports are included on Growth and Premier. You can download your full advocate list, conversion history, and reward log at any time. Your data is yours.

How is my data protected?

Customer data is encrypted at rest and in transit. We don’t share, sell, or use your customer data for anything other than running your referral program. Each brand’s data is isolated from every other brand on the platform.
